We keep returns simple — clear steps, no hidden surprises.
How Returns Works
1. 14-Day Return Window Just email support@havnby.com with your order number + a few photos, and I’ll guide you to the right warehouse. 2. Condition & Refunds Unused — Full refund once it arrives. Used — we just apply a 10–20% depreciation fee, depending on condition. (I’ll always tell you the amount before anything happens.) 3. Return Shipping Return shipping is paid by the customer. After the return is received and checked, refunds are issued within 7 business days.
