How Returns Works
1. 60-Day Sleep Trial We offer a 60-day sleep trial so you can truly experience the mattress at home. Take your time and see how it works for you — no pressure. If you decide to keep it, amazing. If you feel it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help with the return process. 2. Returns & Refunds Unopened & unused (factory-sealed): A full refund will be issued once the item arrives back. Opened & used: • If there is a quality issue, we’ll take care of it through our warranty (repair, replacement, or return — your choice). • If you simply decide to return it, that’s okay too. For opened items, a small refreshing fee may apply based on condition: $0 (like-new) / $10 (light signs of use) / $20 (visible wear or cleaning needed). (We’ll always confirm this with you before anything is shipped.) 3. Return Shipping & Timeline Return shipping is paid by the customer. Typical return shipping cost (for reference): Mattress: $20–$30 Accessories (curtains, bed sheets, etc.): $15 Mattress + accessories together: $30–$40. You may arrange the return shipment yourself using your preferred carrier. If you prefer us to create the return label and assist with the return process, a $30 handling fee will apply to cover overseas warehouse coordination and processing. This handling fee will be deducted from your refund after the return is completed. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5 business days.
