We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Below is a clear guide to our mattress trial, returns, refunds, shipping, and cancellation policy.

60-Day Sleep Trial

You may open your mattress, sleep on it, and try it at your journey for up to 60 days from the date of delivery.

If the mattress is not the right fit, you may return it within the 60-day trial period. For non-quality-related returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

After 60 days, non-quality-related return Not eligible for return.
Quality-related issue during warranty period Covered under our warranty policy. We cover approved return or replacement shipping costs.

Refund & Condition Fees

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. To help cover inspection, cleaning, and restocking, a condition fee may apply to opened items.

Any applicable condition fee will be deducted from the refund after inspection.

Return Shipping

United States, non-quality-related return We can provide a return label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Outside the United States, non-quality-related return Customer arranges the return shipment to our designated warehouse.
Approved quality-related issue We cover approved return or replacement shipping costs during the warranty period.

Refund Timing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Time Policy
Within 30 minutes of placing the order Free cancellation.
Within 24 hours of placing the order We will try to stop the shipment. If shipping costs have already been incurred, a $30 outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
After 24 hours Orders usually cannot be stopped once they are in the shipping process. You may need to receive the item first and return it according to our return policy. Original outbound shipping will be deducted based on the actual shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation or return is due to a confirmed quality-related issue.
