Thank you for visiting and shopping at Havnby. Havnby aims to offer you the best shipping options.The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

After you placing the order, we will send you an order confirmation email and ship your goods out the second day and upload the tracking number for your reference. (Except in special circumstances, not more than 5 days)

Please note that if you place the order on Friday, we will ship it out on next Monday.

Shipment Carriers

The carrier we cooperate with is UPS.

Our current primary shipping carriers are USPS and FedEx.

Delivery

After being shipped out, it usually takes 3-4 days (working days) to deliver. For remote places, it might be longer to deliver your order.


Normally the delivery is UPS driver release at your front door without adult signature. If you want the service of adult signature, please add the service into your cart before check out.


Due to Covid-19, the delivery might be affected and delayed a little bit. If it happens, hope you can kindly understand.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Havnby Support within 7 business days at  havnbyshop@outlook.com.

We are not responsible for any losses,  including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
