1. 60-Day Sleep Trial
We offer a 60-day sleep trial so you can experience your mattress in the comfort of your home and decide whether it is the right fit for you.
If you choose to keep it, we are pleased. If it does not meet your expectations, our team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
2. Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused items (factory-sealed):
A full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Opened or used items:
- If the item has a quality-related issue, we will handle it under our warranty policy. You may choose repair, replacement, or return.
- If you decide to return the item for personal reasons, returns are still accepted.
For opened items returned for non-quality-related reasons, a refresh fee may apply depending on the condition of the item:
- $0 – Like-new condition
- $10 – Light signs of use
- $20 – Visible wear or cleaning required
Any applicable refresh fee will always be confirmed with you before the item is returned.
3. Return Shipping & Processing Time
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated return shipping costs are as follows:
- Mattress: $20–$30
- Accessories (such as curtains, bed sheets, etc.): $15
- Mattress and accessories returned together: $30–$40
You may arrange the return shipment yourself using your preferred shipping carrier.
If you would like us to create a return label and assist with the return process, a $30 handling fee will apply. This fee covers overseas warehouse coordination and processing and will be deducted from your refund after the return has been completed.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
