At Havnby, we work hard to get your gear to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Our team moves pretty fast — sometimes even faster with a little extra coffee.

 

Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–7 business days

• Canada: 5–7 business days

• European Union: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local carriers and customs processing.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently offer free standard shipping to:

• United States

• Canada

• European Union

• Australia

We can also ship to additional regions upon request.

For countries outside the regions listed above, an additional shipping fee may apply (typically under $100 depending on destination).

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking link to follow your package every step of the way.

If your tracking information does not update within a reasonable time, feel free to contact us — our team will be happy to help.

 

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

• P.O. Boxes

• APO/FPO military addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

 

Customs & Duties

For shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union, orders are typically delivered without additional customs duties at checkout.

In rare cases, local customs authorities may request additional documentation or fees depending on the destination country’s regulations.
