FlatCore Hybrid Support Mattress for Toyota RAV4

I recently purchased the Havnby FlatCore Hybrid Support Mattress for my 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE Gas, and it has completely changed the way I use my vehicle for camping and road trips. Setup was incredibly easy—the built-in rechargeable pump inflated the mattress in about two minutes, and the control module is removable and made charging simple with usb c recharging. It fit my RAV4 perfectly, creating a flat, supportive sleeping surface without needing a platform or any modifications

The comfort exceeded my expectations. The hybrid foam and air construction feels much more like a real mattress than a traditional air bed, and the surface stayed supportive throughout my test. The materials feel durable and high quality, and I had no issues with stability while moving around. Also the included comforter and pillow made keeping the actual mattress clean very intuitive and simple.

I especially enjoyed parking by the lake, opening the hatch, and relaxing with an incredible view. It made the RAV4 feel like a cozy camper in minutes, without any wasted space. Perfect for 2 people honestly.

Overall, this is a thoughtfully designed, premium product that fits the RAV4 exceptionally well. If you own a 2025 RAV4 XLE Gas and enjoy camping or road trips, I highly recommend it.

all good except the size of it when not in use, it takes a big part of the trunk, i guess you cant have too much on the trunk if you plan to sleep there, but i wish i could be smaller when not in use.

This was tested with myself (6’1”) and my wife (5’8”) for one night. For myself there was just enough room to be fully extended. If you are any taller than 6’1” I feel like sleeping in a rav4 might not be a good idea if you are with another person. At full inflation it seems our movements affected the other person quite a bit so we will test it next time by deflating it a little before going to sleep. For the most part it seems very solid. Aside from the inflation part, one thing that drove me a little crazy was my movements were also causing the plastic of the mattress to make this plasticy squeaky noise against the plastic sides of the wall of the interior. To prevent this you just need a blanket or something a little thicker than a sheet to go between the plastic of the mattress and the plastic of the car. Last thing to note is that it is not difficult at all to put back in the bag if you have any experience tightly folding up sleeping bags, i found it very easy to roll up and put away which was nice.

Mattress didnt last being inflated even once. Customer service just tells you your doing soemthing wrong and trys to have you troubleshoot even though it just keeps deflating withing 20 minutes of being inflated without laying on it just pre setting it up for bed. I tried to return it a month before the end of my return window ended but got ghosted. I spent 3 trips with this thing using their tips to make it work to no avail. Even if you do manage to retun it the return cost will be 1/3 the price of the mattress. I dont appreciate being ghosted and told that its something small i can fix when its clearly not and the mattress is just faulty. I wish it did work since the fit is perfect for my rav 4. Very dissapointed with this purchace and do not reccomend.
